From a young age, Chelsea has always been fascinated by technology. She immersed herself in coding and programming, laying the foundation for her future endeavors. In 2015, Chelsea took a bold leap into the world of business by launching a tax franchise in Gulfport, Mississippi. Utilizing her tech-savvy skills, she revolutionized the tax submission process, serving clients across the nation with ease.
Driven by her insatiable hunger for success, she then diversified her ventures by entering the food industry with her food truck, UrFavCreoleKitchen. Chelsea's culinary creations quickly garnered acclaim, solidifying her reputation as a rising star in the food scene. But Chelsea's entrepreneurial journey didn't stop there. In 2017, She expanded her empire by opening her own tax firm now known as Ava Financial Solutions cementing her position as a leader in the financial realm. In January 2021, she opened Creole Kitchen and Daiquiris. Throughout the years, Chelsea has created a strong social media presence by being consistent with her content. Cooking Creole is a cooking segment attached to her restaurant that demonstrates her cooking skills and also incorporates her funny, lively personality and gives viewers the opportunity to see the processes she uses to make dishes that she serves in the restaurant and delicious recipes off menu.
